Timbo: Events happening this week: Mon. 5/17: 1-3pm: 3-4 grade “Shark Tank” project presentations 6pm: MVSD School Board meeting (Timbo Multipurpose Room) Tues. 5/18: 6pm: Timbo Athletic Banquet Wed. 5/19: 3-6th grade class trip to The Stream Movie theater in MV Thurs. 5/20: 8:15am: THS Awards Ceremony 12pm: Senior lunch at Calvary Church Saturday 5/22: 5pm: Timbo High School Graduation

Timbo: Fishing In the Natural State schedule for this week: Students can bring fishing poles, tackle boxes, and any other items they may need to go fishing at the pond on the MVHS campus. Teachers and other school staff will be onsite to assist students. Parents are welcome to join students at the pond. Lunch will be provided to all students. Monday (5/3): 5th grade Tuesday (5/4): 6th grade Wednesday: (5/5): 7th grade Thursday (5/6): 8th grade Bus will leave Timbo each day around 8:45am and return to Timbo around 2:30pm. Please have you’re child wear sunscreen!

Timbo: Track Meet tomorrow! Those of you from THS going to the track meet in Mtn. Home tomorrow, be on time! The bus will be leaving at 7am. Go Tigers!

Timbo: The Locker Room will be here Wednesday, (4/21) at 12pm. Students will have to pay their total balance due in order to receive their jackets. Students may get with Mr. Mitchell on amounts due.

Timbo: Spring Pictures will be this Thursday 4/22. Order forms were sent home previously. If your child needs a new form they can pick one up from the office tomorrow. All students will get their picture taken and parents are able to order online after Thursday as well.

Tomorrow will be our last day of Act Aspire testing at Timbo Elementary. ALL elementary students need to be present to in the morning for our last test. Thank you to ALL the high school students for perfect attendance during testing resulting in 0 make up tests! As an end of testing celebration Mr. Curtis will be grilling burgers for lunch tomorrow for all students. After lunch we will be doing some fun field day activities outside. Water balloons may be involved so students may want to bring a change of clothes. All virtual students are welcome to attend for lunch and field day activities.

Timbo: Reminder- Tomorrow we start the state required ACT Aspire testing. for grades 3-10. We’ll be testing through Wednesday in high school and through Thursday in elementary. Everyone please be on time and present at school! Thank you Tigers!

Timbo Reminder: Tomorrow (4/8)is a VIRTUAL day for MVSD. All students will work from home via paper packets or chromebooks. Busses will NOT run. Parent teacher conferences are also tomorrow. You can call the office to a schedule a conference with a teacher. No school Friday 4/9

Timbo Schedule Updates: 4/2: Blended Friday 4/5-4/7: Timbo High School ACT Aspire testing (Required State Testing) 4/8: VIRTUAL DAY (All students work from home) and Virtual/Phone Parent Teacher Conferences. Conferences during regular school hours as well as 3:30-7:30 pm. 4/9: No school 4/12-4/15: Timbo Elementary School ACT Aspire Testing (Required State Testing)

Timbo: If you ordered Krispy Kreme Donuts as part of the fundraiser in Timbo Elementary, you can pick them up today 1-3pm.

The Mountain View School District will provide meals for students over Spring Break and can be picked up at the regular times and places on Friday, March 19. Mt. View Elementary from 9-11:30, Mt View Middle and High School at the teardrop from 9-11:30, Timbo from 1-3 PM And Rural Special from 1:30-2:30.

Timbo: Let’s wear red today to support the Lady Rebels in their pursuit of a State Championship today!

Timbo: The Mountain View School District will dismiss at Noon on Thursday, March 18 so that students and staff may go to the Class A state final game at 4 P.M. that day in Hot Springs. The Rural Special Lady Rebels will play Norfork High School in the championship game. Lunch will be served that day and buses will run. This half a day will be made up at a later date.

Timbo: 5th and 6th grade pee wee basketball games tonight at Marshall starting at 5pm.

Senior Night Tonight! Senior introductions followed by a dance performance from the dance team, then seniors vs. Timbo faculty basketball game. Tickets not required, donation jar at the door. All events will stream on the Timbo Athletics YouTube channel.

Timbo: Reminder- The ACT test for 11th graders at Timbo will be tomorrow at 8am. 11th graders be there early!

Timbo: Timbo will be honoring its Seniors on Tuesday the 9th at 5 pm. Seniors will be honored before a dance from the dance team and a senior vs faculty game. There are no required tickets to get into the gym, donations will be accepted at the door, and concessions will be sold. Everyone is welcome to come and support our seniors! Go Tigers!!!! #SeniorNight

Timbo: Our students here at Timbo Schools have been working very hard these last two weeks! Summer made this amazing battery powered robot with her dad and was so excited to show everyone today. This is for a project she is working on in Mrs. Roth's 4th Grade Class. Great Job, Summer!!!!!
